1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Cleo's Closet ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Cleo's Closet LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Cleo's Closet mobile application and related services. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

2. Description of Service

Cleo's Closet is an AI-powered personal styling application that helps users:

Plan weekly outfits using artificial intelligence
Organize and manage their wardrobe digitally
Generate personalized outfit suggestions based on their style preferences
Create visual representations of themselves wearing different outfits

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the App, including photos, clothing items, and personal information. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the right to use all content you upload
Your content does not violate any third-party rights
Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
You have obtained all necessary consents for any photos or images you upload

5. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate images and outfit suggestions. You understand and agree that:

AI-generated content may not always be accurate or perfect
Generated images are for personal use and styling purposes only
We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content
You should use your own judgment when making styling decisions

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
To submit false or misleading information
To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
To collect or track the personal information of others
To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
For any obscene or immoral purpose
To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the App

7. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

Pay all fees associated with your subscription
Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
Price changes with reasonable notice
No refunds except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy

Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play Store, and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cleo's Closet LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLEO'S CLOSET LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cleo's Closet LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App or contact us to delete your account.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
