Data Deletion Request

We respect your right to privacy and data control. If you would like to delete your Cleo's Closet account and all associated data, we will process your request in accordance with applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA.

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your account information (name, email, phone number)
• Profile photos and personal information
• All uploaded clothing item photos and descriptions
• Saved outfits and style preferences
• AI-generated images and outfit suggestions
• Usage data and analytics associated with your account

Important Information

Before submitting a deletion request, please note:

• This action is permanent. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
• Processing time: We will process your request within 30 days of receipt.
• Active subscriptions: Please cancel any active subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play Store before requesting deletion.
• Legal retention: Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes) as required by law.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your account and data, please send an email to privacy@cleoscloset.app with the following information:

• Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
• Account identifier: The email address or phone number associated with your Cleo's Closet account
• Confirmation: A statement confirming you understand this action is permanent

What Happens Next?

1. We will verify your identity by confirming the email address or phone number matches your account.
2. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request.
3. Your account will be deactivated immediately, and you will no longer be able to access the app.
4. All personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
5. You will receive a final confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
